"Felt like I was just left waiting"
Shipping took way longer than I expected, and it felt like I was the one stuck chasing updates the whole time. The tracking didn’t really tell me anything useful, so I kept having to check over and over with no clear answer. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me it was frustrating and I felt kind of ignored.

"My prescription refill took way longer than it..."
My prescription refill took way longer than it should have. I sent the message and felt like nobody even read it, because nothing seemed to happen for a while. Frustrating experience.

"Pricing and next steps were confusing"
I found the pricing unclear. I thought I knew what I was paying, but then I ended up getting billed more than expected. Support did explain it afterward, but by that point it was already frustrating. Stuff like this should be obvious before checkout, and the next steps after paying weren’t very clear either. I kept feeling like I had to figure out what was happening on my own. I won’t be using it again.

"Support was basically useless"
I tried contacting support a few different times, it felt like nobody was even paying attention to the messages. The replies took forever, and when they finally came through, they barely answered anything. I kept having to wait around with no real help, and at some point I was just thinking, what a joke. Definitely not a good customer service experience for me

"Helped a bit, but I expected more"
I tried this medication and it did seem to help some, though not as much as I was hoping. It took longer than I thought it would, which made me wonder if it was working, but then I did feel a little better here and there. The results were kind of inconsistent, so I guess it worked, just not in a super impressive way. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just thought it would be stronger

"Felt super rushed tbh"
The provider barely seemed to listen and rushed through the call. Most of the answers felt generic, like they were just trying to get it over with lol. Not really worth it for me
